SHIPPING IS FREE FOR SHOW SHIRTS
Shipping for the belts is $15 to the US and $10 to Canada.
We only ship to Canada and the U.S. at present, via Canada Post.
For those items in stock, you can expect your delivery within 14-21 business days from payment receipt (some payment forms like an e-cheque on Paypal can take up to 6 days to clear).
If you are worried about getting your purchase in time for a certain reason, contact us and we will try to help you out.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your new Cheval Shirt!
To that end, we are hands-on through each step of the process to try to ensure that each shirt is perfect when it gets to you.
We also have included detailed sizing information - it is very important to take the time to review this as these are fitted shirts and you will likely take larger than your usual size.
Exchange - If you would like to exchange your shirt for another just send us an email through the Contact Us section and we will confirm availability of sizes & colours. We will then provide you with the return address. You just need to send it/them within 21 days of purchase and in the condition you recieved it/them. There will be an additional charge of $20 for shipping the second time.
Returns - If you need to return the shirt for a refund just send us an email through the Contact Us section and we will provide you with the return address. Once the shirts are received, within 21 days and in the condition you received it/them, you will be credited the purchase price less $20 for shipping.
Damages:
They are handmade and so human error is possible - although the sewers try very hard to ensure they are producing top quality shirts.
Send us an email through the Contact Us section, letting us know what the problem is, and we will let you know where to send it. You must return it within 21 days of purchase. Once we recieve it you can either exchange it for another one or you can receive a credit for the retail price +tx if applicable.
